Although able to do so, we do not act as commissioned agents in the purchase, sale or leasing of property. Instead, we provide an advisory and action focused service which is unaffected by the conflicts of interest which typically occur in a principal/agent commission driven relationship.

We will often appoint an agent to undertake a particular task on behalf of our client but the agent we appoint will be chosen on ability to perform, not on the basis of an association.
